Cant find ticket after changing filters

According to the logs for v 1.1.5, there was a changelog for customers not able to save filters. I think this is the problem I have been facing . After installing v 1.1.4 and v 1.1.5 , I have tried to create a ticket using a customer account . The account shows after page reload for the first time however after i click on filters and refresh the ticket will not show no matter what i try , “no tickets found” will be there. The only solution is to change browser and the ticket shows again . However , when i click filters in the new browser , it will dissapear forever again . I have tried reinstalling v 1.1.4 and v 1.1.5 a few times however this problem is still persisting.
