    Dear
    I’d like to make a reservation for the conference room.

    1. I have three conference rooms of A.B.C. For example, after user makes an appointment with A, the A reserved by user is not displayed, so user cannot distinguish/query that he has made reservation with A

    2. How to put all the reservations on the calendar and display them on the web page, so that all users can see all the reservations and display the basic information of the reservation for contact.

    Sorry for the late, I just noted thee messages in the support forum.

    In the case you describe using a calendar for each conference room (all of them into the same form or into separate forms as needed) is the best way to deal with the availability of each conference room separately. I’m not sure if I understand the issue with the “A reserved by user is not displayed”, could you please provide more details to understand exactly the case?
