• Just started with wordpress and trying to customize the appearance. But, when I try to find the themes folder it comes up with
    Index of /wp-content/themes

    * Parent Directory
    * classic/
    * default/

    Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at https://www.melbourneishome.com Port 80
    If I click on any of the folders I get a blank screen.
    Certainly no option to upload. Can anyone help me with this, in small words please?

  • In your browser, visit https://www.melbourneishome.com/wp-admin, and log in to your dashboard, where you can access your theme editor.

    Or… use an ftp program (like FileZilla) to download your themes folders to your computer to edit with Wordpad, then upload again.

    Thanks. I still can’t make the dashboard show me a theme editor, but I downloaded Filezilla on the work computer and uploaded themes from there. Is there an alternative to filezilla for Mac?
