First of all, how did you get that 3000 subscribers data? Are you sure you don’t have a filter enabled in subscribers list?

I don’t know where the second two screeshots come from, but it has nothing to do with our plugin. From the first screenshot, I can confirm you only have three.

Hello @darnagroup,

the format of those emails isn’t the same as the notifications our plugin send when someone subscribes. Are you sure you don’t have another subscription plugin active on your website?

I can see you have an active Contact Form 7 form on your website. That’s probably where all those subscribers are coming from. You should use one of our forms instead, so all subscribers are collected by our system. Or, you can link that CF7 form to our plugin using our premium integration with Contact Form 7.

No, they’re not lost. You can export all those subscribers to a csv file and then import it into our plugin using the import feature, so they will be added to our plugin subscribers list : )

Okey just let me do the Subscription

I need to write all the emails in csv file or there’s anyother way to get them because it’s around 3.5k email
