Can’t find the setting to hide pop up on Mobile

    HI, Thank you for developving such a great plugin.

    May I know if its possible to hide the popup on mobile, I have checked the setting, but I couldn’t find an option that does that.

    Hello @nazharukky,

    I’m glad you like the plugin. We do have an option where you can limit the pop up only to desktop or mobile device. To achieve this, edit the popup and navigate to the visibility section and Add a condition named “Visitor’s Device”.

    Once you select the Visitor’s Device, you can select if you want to display the popup only on desktop or mobile.
