So I’ve search for countless hours looking for a good job management plugin and have come up with nothing. Any help would be GRATEFULLY!!! appreciated. I do know html coding so I’m able to figure stuff out quickly but here’s the scoop.

This will mainly be used by employees, however I would like it to have the functionality for a visitor of the website to enter information into a form and get added to a database.

Use: I am working with someone who has service business. They want an area to manage service jobs they go out on and with the ability to add employees to be able to only view the information and sort fields and also managers able to change/edit those fields.
    For Instance:

First / Last Name – Number – Email – Address – City – State – Status – Date – Time – Package – Paid – Etc.. and once entered by a visitor (or admin) then it gets added to a spreadsheet type area were the values can be changed. Like Status updated from pending to complete or Dates and Times able to be changed (only editable by admins). Also all entered data would need to be viewed on a single page and exportable to a csv/excel doc. Does something this robust exist?

I truly appreciate everyone that takes the time to read this and respond.

  • That is a lot of features that likely are not going to be found in any one single plugin. However, you can find a lot of the functionality, such as having robust forms that add data to a database and that you can give user control to (to a degree), in plugins like Gravity Forms. It’s a premium plugin (meaning you have to pay for it), but it is one of the best form plugins that you could find for a WordPress site. You can check them out at https://www.gravityforms.com/

If you’re looking for something more robust and customized to what you’re looking for, it may be a good idea to hire a WordPress consultant or developer.

Hope that helps. Good luck ??

Thank you for your feedback. After spending another 6 hrs researching I actually found an excellent plugin that does everything I need. That plugin is Visual Form Builder PRO (meaning the paid for version) and it by far one of the most amazing plugins I’ve used.

Good to hear you found something that fits your needs ??

I’ll have to take a look at that plugin as well.

    Good luck ??
