Can't find the page that corresponds to the Home tab!

  • Help please. I have just taken over managing a website and I am trying to edit the home page, but when I click on “all pages” no page actually corresponds to the tab titled “home.’ There is content on the home page, but no “home” category in the “all pages.” HELP!

  • Is the homepage a static page, or does it show the latest blog entry?

    In the admin dashboard, look in Settings > Reading. At the top of the pane on the right, there should be a section that says “Front page displays” with a couple of radio buttons.

    If you’re using a custom page for your homepage, the title should show below.
