Can’t find the correct error to solve

Hello,
I have an ecommerce linked to an online tool for inventory management. From few days this tool cannot connect anymore with my website (their request are blocked by the server). We thought it was a problem specific to their IP but when I ran some extra check on my website I found multiple errors: 403, 503, SMTP (as you can check in this link: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=https%3a%2f%2fwww.pepet.it%2f&run=toolpage# )

The server service say there’s no issue with the server. The wordpress developer we hired say they didn’t find issues in the plugins or theme.. I’m totally lost because I can’t find the error here and therefore not the solution.

The page seem to work fine if you open it (it’s in maintenance mode), but the inventory management cannot send request to it + those errors above mentioned still appear.
