You can customize that by adding this code to your child theme’s functions file or with a custom plugin:

add_filter( "bbpm_user_edit_notification_settings_intro_text", function(){
	return 'bbPress messages';
});

add_filter( "bbpm_user_edit_notification_settings_label_text", function(){
	return 'Email me whenever I receive a message on the forums';
});

and customize the return value.
