Can’t Find Submissions

Hello!

I’m helping someone make a www.remarpro.com website, and we created a Gutena Forms block that was setup with their email a month or so ago. Upon testing it, it is not sending any of our test submissions to her designated email. In addition, we are unable to see if anyone else has attempted to submit a form over the past month since it’s been live, since it’s not sending to the email and the Forms entries shows no entries, not even the test submissions we’ve done.

Is there any other way of seeing entries from any submissions and/or anything we can do to troubleshoot this? Thank you!
