I’m suspecting that there’s some plugin conflict going on, because the source code looks as though it’s trying to load them. Perhaps some JS (javascript) conflict that’s killing the share buttons.

ouch. and i just have 5-8 of the most popular plugins installed.

    Regardless, thanks.

You may want to check your user profile to make sure the Genesis menu is not disabled there.

Nick to you know specifically how I get to the user profile and what I should look for? Both of the enable genesis menu and submenu are checked.

I want to use the Genesis simple share plugin b/c it shows the # of shares, while at least 1 other plugin charges $10/month to upgrade to that feature.

I just installed Genesis Simple Share at https://www.RSNStats.com/blog and am having the same issue at jz9520.

Inspecting the HTML shows that the icons are, in fact, injected into the page, but they are not displaying.

Appreciate any advice you can offer.

Found my problem. Resolved issues with Genesis Simple Share by disabling the WordPress-d3.js plugin.

I am having a problem with the Pinterest share when on my phone. It briefly shows the option to pin to a board but then quickly switches to the app. This just started happening about a month ago. Any suggestions? Thank you.
