Can’t find preloader settings in the customize menu

  • I recently installed preloader plus and have been trying to enable it in the customize section. I see the menu show up while the customize page is still loading but it would disappear as soon as the page would load completely (*its funny because your menu is appearing like the preloader and disappearing as soon as the page is finished loading)

    I am using the latest version of wordpress and Generatepress pro theme

  • I was having this problem when I installed the plugin. But after some minutes it just stopped and then started to work as expected.
