Can't find plugin

    I’m a total WP newbie hence I rely on plugins not coding. And being an owner of classifieds site I found it interesting that nobody came up with a plugin to highlight ads. We have plugins to highlight posts – no money in that, plugins to bump ads to the top, useless if big amount of people bumps. But we do not have one to highlight or put a border around the ad. This is a great way to monetize directory or classifieds.And used online and in regular newspapers. Thoughts? Offers?
