Can't find Options in Site Admin

    Just learning WP. On ver 3.0.3
    Going through a tutorial that must be from an older version.
    I can’t find Options and/on Site Admin menu.
    Can’t get anything to do with ‘blogs’ to show up.

    My menu shows:
    Dashboard
    -Updates
    -Akismet Stats
    Posts
    Media
    Link
    Pages
    Comments
    Appearance
    Plugins
    Users
    Tools
    Settings
    -General
    -Writing
    -Reading
    -Discussion
    -Media
    -Privacy
    -Permalinks
