• I’m doing the install and I’m in myphp attempting to setup privileges. I’m at the home page and I see my database in the upper left hand corner but I don’t see a Privileges section.

I do see the first column, MySQL, and under create new db it has privileges in red with a x.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks for your help.

No, I’m sorry but they don’t.

The username/password you are using within phpMyAdmin is probably NOT high enough to alter database privleges. If you are trying to do this on a hosted website, then contact your webhost to alter the privileges for you.

Thanks for your reply. I’m not sure if that is the issue or not, since I’ve put blogs on 2 other sites with this host. Unfortunately, the hosting doesn’t come with support.

I just heard back from my support person at my host and he said this isn’t the problem.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks for your help.
