Can't find my widgets in Dashboard

Hi all. Since the installation of WP 3.8, I can’t find my widget page on my dashboard. It used to be under the number of posts and comments, but now it’s gone. I’ve looked all over for it but no luck. Any help would be appreciated. By the way..bluehost recently upgraded me from a 5.2 to 5.4 PHP, in case that may have played a role in my missing widget page. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
