Can’t find my search string

After a WP Migration Links look like this: https://ragnarheil.de/%22https://ragnarheil.files.wordpress.com/2023/04/sennheiser-ie-200.jpg/%22
they should look like this: https://ragnarheil.files.wordpress.com/2023/04/sennheiser-ie-200.jpg
when doing search & replace, the plugin does not find “https://ragnarheil.de/%22” which I would like to subsitute with “”
