Can't find my root directory

I used bitnami to set up my wordpress site.
It put the WordPress directory in /xampp/apps/wordpress.
When I try to set up the site in dreamweaver.using /xampp/apps/wordpress as my root directory, it says that the site is not set up correctly.
Can you help?
