Can’t find my list on Mailchimp

    Hi,

    I’m sorry if this question should be addressed to Mailchimp, but unfortunately they do not offer any support for free account.

    I successfully configured the plugin on my website and I’m able to register to the list. In the WP dashboard, I see that I have 14 subscribers. However, the weirdest thing is that the list doesn’t show up in my Mailchimp account – the list ID there is different. Since I remember setting up the API and everything, I’m very confused as to where this list has gone. I could start over, but I’d prefer not to lose these 14 subscribers.

    Hi,

    The list id might be different in the URL bar and in the API.
    Possibly you are in another Mailchimp account?

    Another possible cause is that double opt-in is turned on and the subscribers didn’t confirm yet, meaning they are still “pending” and don’t show as subscribed in the list/audience.
