    I updated the lates version of Hubtel payment – v2.6 today, 27/10/17. After that i realised the payment method has disappeared from the checkout page.

    I contacted Hubtel and they couldn’t resolve the matter and told me o contact you. I have had some challenges in that, after any update recently, the system doesn’t work well.

    I deactivated all plugins and reinstalled them but couldn’t solve the issue. As it stands, i don’t have any payment system on my site. I hope you can help resolve it.

    Hello assanfulp,

    Your inability to continue using the plugin is due to the expiration of your 30 days trial period.

    To continue using the plugin you will need to purchase a premium license, kindly go to the plugin settings page and click on the “Buy Now” button.

    Wow! I didn’t even know i was on a 30 day trial and i would be required to purchase after that that.

    I think this is a rip off! Users of the plugin needs to know everything from day one. My site is up and running and do you what would’ve happened if there is a lot of traffic on it?

    Kindly improve on your communication if you want this plugin to go far!
