I’m using W3 Total Cache plugin, I disabled it but the problem still exist. What exactly should I be looking for in the wp_options table?

We call Transient api to remember filename, this API uses wp_options table,

I’ve found what was causing the problem. The transients were suspended by a plugin for managing them. I have unsuspended them and now the export is working. Thanks very much for your time and support.
