Can't find error log or debug log

  • I am redoing a blog for someone else, and I have only ftp access to the directory. I can’t get a new custom theme to work properly and I’m trying to find the debug log and error log to see if there is any useful info there.

    Where are they??

  • Every host is configured differently. You could open a supoort ticket with your host. Realize that any issues you have may not generate an error log so that may not help you.
    Otherwise you might want to open a new topic on here with a description of your issue, a link to your website and the name of the theme.
