Can’t find Editor in Appearance

I am using WordPress admin as a server, where can I find the Editor for my Themes?
Can’t can editor in appearance tab.I am not able to go to css.style to edit my theme.
please advise me how go to css.style to edit my theme.

To add CSS: If you are using WordPress 4.7, use the “Custom CSS” option in the customizer. If your theme has a custom CSS option, use that to add CSS . If not, install the plugin Simple Custom CSS. Or, if you have Jetpack installed, enable its Custom CSS module.
