Can’t find EDD Cart Widget

    Hi, this is so basic, almost too embarrassed to ask….

    Have the free version of Easy Digital Downloads installed. I know it’s all working and updated. Have created products and yes downloading fine and possible to purchase. Great! Other particulars that might be relevant to my question: theme = Astra and also working with Elementor Pro.

    Don’t have a cart icon yet and a few days ago I think it was in the in the Elementor Widget menu that when I typed “cart” into the search field there were TWO options that came up: a “Downloads Cart” with the WP logo and an Easy Digital Downloads cart widget as well.

    Since then, I cannot for the life of me find the Easy Digital Downloads cart widget in the Widget Menu, only the WP cart is coming up when I type “cart” into the search field. I note that on the EDD site the page on the “Cart Widget” says EDD comes with a widget to display the shopping cart IN THE SIDEBAR. Have created a “test” template in Elementor Theme Builder with a side bar, typed “cart” into search field and still only WP cart showing.

    It’s clear that I am missing something totally obvious. HELP!!!!

    Hey @macg64

    By default, EDD comes with one Widget that you can use. That would be the “Downloads Cart” widget https://a.supportally.com/tZO4Af

    I’m guessing that the other one might be something that your theme or perhaps Elementor Pro provides and if you are unable to locate it you could try reaching out to them.
