Can’t find database backup

    My back up email says that a full back up of files and database was done on 8th April and yet there is o separate tab to reinstall the database. Where can i find it?

    Hi there,

    Your available backup files should be displayed in the Backup/Restore tab under Existing backups.
    If the file you are looking for is not visible you can use the links to rescan local folders and storage.

    It is also a good idea to check the expected file storage location manually to confirm the file exists.
    Depending on your retention rules the file may have been deleted if the retention rules dictate this.
