CAN'T find blog page

First…if this is in the wrong place please tell me. This is my first post.

I am using the theme business lite. I love it! The only thing is I can’t find a blog page. You can post and have recent posts, but there is no specific blog page. If I change it in settings to another page…the homepage with the slider and fallout are no longer there. Is there a way to find the page with just the posts?

I am not so great with coding, and I may sound very amateur(because I am)but I want to figure this out. Anyways, thanks guys!
