Can't find after ship

  • Some problem with me. I signed up in Aftership.com, then installed it on WP admin, and I can’t find where to configure it. Checked orders and Reports at WooCommerce menu, don’t see anything for Aftership.

    Please help. Thanks in advance!

    Can’t seem to install AfterShip plugin. Keeps requesting FTP pswd. I select FTPS radio button, enter password and hit proceed. After about 2 minutes, I get an error “No Data Received.”

    Now if I try to do ANYTHING thru Admin on my site, it requests FTP pswd & gives me this error over and over in an endless loop. AfterShip does not show up in my list of plugins, so I can’t delete it, but it’s jamming my entire site!

    The settings for Aftership are under the ‘settings menu’.

    Settings -> Aftership.

    Yes they are but where do you put the API as per your instructions:
