Can't find a particular plugin

I’m trying to add the plugin: Thrive Visual Editor. The search function will not return it. I’ve tried ten or so different search entries. Often the response is no items match your criteria. Other times I get hundreds of possibilities but none having to do with Thrive Visual Editor.
