• Hi!

I have an issue when adding attributes with this plugin.

I bulk edited my products and added a new attribute. However, there are no products under that attribute when I filter them on the catalog page. Also, on a product page, I can see that attribute but there is no link to all products with that attribute.

If I manually edit a single product, add that attribute and save changes, only then the product is visible if I filter it on catalog page.

Could you please help me with this issue?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I’ve installed the latest version. I needed to delete the attribute and then add it again, but now it works. The attribute is added to the products and the link in the product description works.

However, my filter is still not showing any products. Only when I edit and save a product (without changing anything) it is visible in the filter.

I use Pofily for filter menu. Is it possible that this plugin doesn’t recognize the attributes added via ELEX WooCommerce Advanced Bulk Edit Products, Prices & Attributes? Because it works for all other attributes and it works when I save a product.

Is there anything that could solve this?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello?@foxdizajn ,

Thank you for your valuable?feedback after installing the latest version. As you are using?Pofily?for the filter menu, we have done compatibility checks?with ELEX Bulk Edit. When we tried to run compatibility with the WordPress version of this plugin, we could see that there are three default filters by default i.e. by name, price, and reviews. However, we found that the plugin works fine with filters and is being applied. Please share a video reference to reproduce the?issue that you are?facing on your?end so that we can recreate the scenario?and resolve?the issue if any from our plugin at?the earliest.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hi,

thank you for your reply and your effort to help with this issue.

Here’s what I did – I added a new attribute for products called “stanje” (condition). Then I used ELEX plugin and I edited one part of the products with attribute “novo” (new) and the other part of the products with attribute “rabljeno” (used). However, when I add the filter “stanje” (condition) to my Pofily filter menu and when I try to filter new or used products I get the message “No products matching your selection were found”.

    Hello?@foxdizajn ,

Thank you for providing the video reference. However, we are unable to figure out the way you added attributes to the Pofily filter menu in the basic version of the plugin. Kindly confirm whether you are using a premium version of the same. I would suggest you to reach out to our support team so that we shall help you find the root cause and provide a fix incase anything can be done from our plugin.

    Hi,

I’m using a free version of the plugin Pofily.
I first created and then added my attributes to products – attribute Stanje (Condition) with values Novo (New) and Rabljeno (Used). Then I created a new filter in Pofily and here is the video of all the steps.

You can see that the number of products with the added attributes are 339 for New (Novo) and 4223 for Used (Rabljeno). When I filter the products by the attribute New, I now have 10 products in the results because these are the products that were “hand” edited and when the changes were saved the attribute became visible. Other products that weren’t “hand” edited one by one but the attributes were added through your Bulk edit plugin are not visible in the filter results. So I think that there is some problem between those two plugins.

Here is the video – https://analogni-zvuk.hr/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/www_screencapture_com_2023-1-7_10_24.mp4

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello?@foxdizajn ,

Thank you for sharing the video reference. We were able to reproduce the same in our test?environment. We need to check the third-party plugin to see the feasibility of making it compatible with ELEX Bulk Edit. If there is any compatibility issue from our side then we will definitely include the fix in future releases.
