Cant fill out some text fields in from

Hi. I have a problem with my form. The upper part (Kundendaten) works fine, but the following Part (Bestellung) im unable to fill in. Don’t know till when. When i remove the text-area and acceptation, then i can use it. Really don’t know whats wrong with this form. Would be fantastic if you can have a look at it.
