It seems that something is preventing the Stripe JavaScript code from loading the first time.

For us to understand the setup better, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

Thank you for sharing the status report of the site. Although your site uses HTTPS, the certificate is not correctly installed or there’s an issue with HTTPS redirection of all links – and therefore, your site is not fully secure. Please see the screenshot below for reference:

Stripe requires a fully secure site to display the card fields. I recommend getting in touch with your web host so they can check whether the SSL certificate is correctly installed and can force redirect all links to HTTPS.

If anyone in the future is having this problem: check the script tag for MailChimp. We had this same issue on two different sites with two different themes. Removing and/or moving the MailChimp script tag fix the issue of not being able to fill in the credit card boxes on checkout.
