can't figure out target to print a form

I’m trying to print the form contents on the following form:
https://heatrick.com/wingate-row-assessment/I’ve tried to find the relevant target class or ID, by viewing source and inspecting the page, but have failed to crack it.
My best attemps have been:
[print-me target=”#cp_calculatedfieldsf_pform_1″]
and
[print-me target=”.cp_calculatedfieldsf_pform_1″]Any help would be greatly appreciated.
