Can’t figure out how to redirect after changing my domain

Today I changed my website name and now my links on social media no longer work.
Here’s an example: https://www.a-girl-in-la.com/what-i-loved-in-october-2020/
I can’t figure out how to redirect my old blog post links in the plugin.
I’m looking for what I would put as the old url and the new url.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
