Can't Figure Out How To Change Colors of Shopping Cart and Some Text

Here is a picture of my problem

The red rectangles surround the parts I’m talking about. After the dropdown menu comes down, it’s a dark red color. I want it to be some other color but I can’t seem to find it. It seems to match the color where it says “added in” which also had a rectangle about it. What option or setting do I use to change these colors. Is it in eshop or in my theme? My theme has all comepletely different colors, so I don’t think it’s that. Thanks!
