Can’t Fetch Fee URL of my website on Google Publication Center

When you open my website feed URL (https://www.techsettle.com/feed/) it works perfectly, however, Google Publication, Feedburner, etc can’t fetch this feed url. I’m getting this notice “There are no articles in this section.” from Google Publication center. And, error: cannot fetch proxy from Google feedburner. Help me plzz!!!!
