Cant Export Data from Contact Form Database

    When the blank page comes up, the browser should download the export file. Check you downloads folder to see if anything appears.

    Other issue could be if there is a large amount of data and the server request runs out of memory. To test, go to the Short Code Builder page in CFDB, set up an export file there, but set the “limit” option to “10” to just pull 10 entries and see if that work. If it does, it might be a memory issue.

    Neither of those things worked. Do you have any other suggestions of what it could be?

    I’m at a loss to know why it isn’t working on your site. Perhaps some error is occurring during the export. Has this ever worked or is this a new installation? If you want to give me a login to your site, I’ll have a look at it. Email me at [email protected]
