Can’t export by category or products

Can you please share the category name with which you are facing the issue and mention which type of products you are trying to export?

The category is “Copper fire & water bowl”
The type of product is a variable product – example https://outdoorflames.ca/product/hpc-32-mesa-copper-bowl-electronic-ignition-insert-series/

Importing and exporting variable products is one of our premium features. Please have a look at our pro version plugin which supports variable products.

The variable products did export with the upgrade but the attributes did not export. However the variations did.
Did I miss a setting?
