Can’t export as file or ftp

    Hi, I am not able to export. It says archiving 12329 files 0% complete and after some time says unable to export, unable to run the export. This happens when I try to export to file or FTP. Please help ASAP. Thank you.

    FYI: I was able to export and import on the same server before.
