Can't even get started

  • I just installed wordpress through Namecheap.
    I put wp-admin after my domain and get an OOPS! meassage;

    The page you are looking for could not be found.

    Try searching for it in the address bar above.

    I have tried using my old login from when I used wordpress before and am told that you have changed my password, which you sent to an old address that is no longer valid. I have asked for help in this, (I think, since the instruction is anything but clear) but have had no reply.

    If this refers to a WordPress.COM site, it has nothing to do with your forum account here, which in turn has nothing to do with the site you just set up. They’re all independent of each other.

    How long ago was your domain registered? Do you have a site URL you can share so we can take a look at the error message?
