which PHP version are you using? Where is the website hosted?

well, it’s our local cheap hosting, so yeah, maybe the problem is with php..

but there’s no english version of their site
looks like theres php5, but i’ll try to find out more

Please try upgrading to a different PHP version (> 5.5) and check if this solves the problem
