    Can you be more specific? As far as I know, autoptimize is not active on admin pages, so it shouldn’t be the cause of your problem. Did you check your page with Firefox or Chrome dev tools?
    You can ftp to your site and delete whatever cache you want, but I doubt the issue is on autoptimize side.

    You can ftp to your site and delete whatever cache you want,

    autoptimize’s cache is at wp-content/cache/autoptimize, you can delete teh entire folder

    if you do have cache issues, you should have a look at the FAQ which has info on that topic.
