Can’t enter credit card info online site with Square

If you enter a valid AMEX card number, the field will accept four digits:

So far as the wide layout, that appears to me to be theme related. I am unable to reproduce this on a test site here: https://wctesting.tk/

Guys, for what it’s worth I’m having this same problem BUT I think I know why and how to fix it. My site is still in progress and not yet using HTTPS, and I’m getting a page error on Chrome inspector tool. In other words, if you’re not yet running on HTTPS (with SSL certificate) you might not be able to enter credit card numbers while using this plugin in regular mode AND in sandbox mode. So setup your https/ssl/certificate first, and then try entering credit card info again after. Hope this helps someone.

Please provide the URL for your site so we can take a look as well.

Finally, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.
