    Hello,
    Woocommerce payments stopped working for me. I cannot enter banking information anymore, I can see the dropdown menu to enter credit card numbers but get a blank space.
    All plugins and themes are up to date. I have tried deactivating them all but the issue appears from the start when I start reactivating plugins. Tried switching themes as well. No luck.
    The plugin is enabled and all settings seem to be correct.
    Can someone please help?

    Hello,
    I have exactly the same problem. A couple days ago, it was working perfectly and I didn’t change anything.The problem appeared on the 28th October.
    Need help !

    Hi Chantal,

    My woocommerce payments is linked to stripe. So I went to my account on stripe to check if everything was ok and saw this message whereby new/recent banking regulations need online stores to offer more protection for consumers. There was something to download and install on wordpress. I tried but the install failed.

    ==> maybe you should check your stripe account if you work with them.

    Because of the failed installation, I ended up de-activating woocommerce payments and installing the stripe-only plugin.

    Seems to be working fine on my end.

    ==> It would still be great if plugin developers could look into this issue so that we can revert to woocommerce payments.

    I’ve installed the paypal payment plugin and de-activated the Woocommerce payments plugin.
    Hoping that plugin developers will solve the problem so that we can revert to woocommerce payments.

    Please update to the latest version of WooCommerce Payments, and you should no longer see this issue. This was resolved a couple days ago, and you should be able to update now.
