Plugin stopped working. Stripe appears as a selection at checkout, but there was no box for user to enter CC info. I had to disable plugin and use Paypal CC for now to avoid lost orders.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@intaction When a plugin suddenly stops working, that’s a strong indication that something on your site has recently changed. The Stripe plugin code wouldn’t change randomly and stop working.

Reviewing your site, I see you have a Javascript error on your checkout page being triggered by your Flux Checkout plugin. Here is that error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'removeEventListener')
        at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (main.js?ver=2.3.1:1819:52)

I’d start there, as JS errors can affect the rendering of the credit card form.

    Kind Regards,

Thank you for the fast response. Plugins are constantly updating including this one, so who know. I will get someone to look at the page code.

@intaction keep us updated. Since you’re using PayPal, you might want to consider our PayPal plugin as well. It’s designed to integrate with the Stripe plugin.
