Can’t Enter Card Number In Internet Explorer

    Customers have reported that when on the checkout page in internet explorer they could not enter their credit card number in the field. I checked this in IE 11 and it’s not working. Could you please help me resolve this?

    Hi @jkmdev

    I need, at minimum, a link to your store, so I can see if the error is IE11 based, or theme based w/IE11 issues (or some other conflict.)
    Also, we cannot support any version of IE, and recommend you implore your customers to use Microsoft Edge, or another modern browser.

    I am having problems accepting Credit Card payments with the Card Connect Plug in. I called Card Connect Technical support and they advised for me to change my entire website theme. This problem is costing me thousands of dollars a day! I should not have to change my theme because the plug-in worked perfectly several months ago. The plug-in must have changed or updated and is now costing my business money. My theme is perfect for my customers and has been tailored with lines of code to fit my customer’s needs.

    Can someone get in contact with me and help. ASAP!
