    i had a old staging and the plugin works fine on that. i will try sync’ing the stage site and see if it has the issue

    If you are unable to activate the plugin on your site then please share us the fatal error log from Woocommerce>status>logs. Also, please try disabling all the plugins on your site except Woocommerce and try activating the plugin.

    i already tried the plugin with Only woocommerce enabled.

    didnt worked.

    there is nothing in the log though

    Hi @laliz,

    By default, only the administrator and the shop manager has the permissions to export/import using the plugin. Kindly make sure that the user is either an administrator or a shop manager in order to access the plugin and have the export/import permissions.
