Cant enable Hide Backend feature

  • Hello,

    when Im try to enable Hide backend, I get error:

    “An “invalid format” error prevented the request from completing as expected. The format of data returned could not be recognized. This could be due to a plugin/theme conflict or a server configuration issue.”

    How should I know what exactly is the problem? I cant just deactive all my plugins, or change themes, to know, if problem is with this.. I have 7 wordpress sites, but only for one it works. Server configuration sholud be the same, but if not, how should I know what to enable on server to make this work? Thank you for any help.
