Can't enable certain functions

    I installed the plugin but I can’t enable some of the functions. I need to be create a user with the wp_insert_user function, but I can’t enable it. In fact, I can’t enable any of the functions below the “iso8601_timezone_to_offset” checkbox.

    I also tried doing this on version 3.8.1 of wordpress. The results were the same.
