Can’t empty trash bin (Products)

    Hi,

    we have around 150 products in the trash bin. I can delete them one by one but if I press the “empty trash” button I got the error message “You are not allowed to delete this item” (something like that in German).

    I can’t understand why. What’s the technical difference between deleting products one by one or all at once?

    The products contain LearnDash Courses.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Hi,

    I switched to Storefront and disabled all plugins (one by one) except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions. The problem still exists. But after disabling “WooCommerce Subscriptions” I could empty the trash. But we need this plugin of course.
