Can’t Empty the Trash/ Project Folder Missing

I’m getting a critical error whenever I try to empty the trash – I don’t know if what’s in the trash is affecting what I’m attempting to upload because I keep getting a message that my project can’t be properly uploaded because the file path already exists. I rename the files and everything but now it always uploads as “Project Folder Missing”. Thank you!
